At Neuro Coaching Group, we're committed to providing exceptional value through our programs and resources. We understand that needs and circumstances can change, which is why we've created this straightforward refund policy.
Course Refunds
We want you to feel confident in your decision to invest in your well-being. If you find that our standalone courses aren't the right fit for you:
- You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase
- To qualify, you must have completed no more than 25% of the course content
- Your refund will be processed using your original payment method
- Downloaded course materials should be deleted upon refund
- One refund per customer (lifetime policy)
Course + Community Memberships
We value your participation in our community and understand that life circumstances can change.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you're not completely satisfied within your first 30 days AND have completed no more than 25% of the course content, we'll provide a full refund
- Must request refund via email within 30 days of enrollment
- Community and course access ends immediately upon refund processing
After 30 Days - Monthly Cancellation:
- You can cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing
- No refunds provided for completed billing periods after the 30-day guarantee
- Membership access continues until the end of your current billing cycle
- If you cancel and wish to return later, standard enrollment rates apply
- This policy applies toĀ all tiers ofĀ memberships (e.g., Essential and Premier)
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products:
- Purchased digital downloads are non-refundable
- Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing
- If you experience technical difficulties accessing your download, contact us for assistance.Ā This includes bonus materials, worksheets, and standalone resources
Coaching Services
Clients can cancel their coaching engagement at any time:
- Full, prorated refund based on unused sessions
- Refund calculation follows the coaching terms agreed upon in the initial contract
- 24-hour cancellation notice required for individual sessions to avoid charges
Special Circumstances
We recognize that unique situations may require additional flexibility:
Medical Emergencies:
Clients experiencing significant health challenges may request extended pauses or special consideration for refunds.
Unexpected Life Changes:
Major life events such as job loss, family emergencies, or relocation may qualify for alternative arrangements.
Extreme Hardship:
We're committed to working with clients facing exceptional financial or personal difficulties.
All special circumstances are evaluated individually with empathy and focus on supporting our clients' well-being.
How to Request a Refund

- Brief explanation of what you tried and why the program wasn't suitable
- Confirmation that you'll delete any downloaded materials
- Your reason for the refund request (helps us improve our offerings)

- Method: Full refund to your original payment method
- Access: Course and community access ends immediately upon processing
Important Notes
What's Not Refundable:
- Additional services purchased separately (enterprise solutions, special consultations)
- Physical items that have been shipped
- Third-party tools or integrations provided as bonuses
Refund Limitations:
- One refund per customer (lifetime policy)
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse or fraudulent activity
- Digital materials must be deleted upon refund (honor system)
Service Interruptions:
If we discontinue a service or program unexpectedly, affected customers will receive prorated refunds for unused portions.
